Bryant's Response to COVID-19

As we navigate the evolving circumstances surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking actions aligned with the latest information and global guidance to protect our employees and serve you. 

As a valued customer, we are committed to keeping you informed and to being the reliable resource you have come to expect. The following is a quick recap to help provide you with tools and information that you may find helpful during this time.

  Operations Update
Operations at our Collierville manufacturing plant resumed on April 6. The Indianapolis manufacturing plant will resume operations on Monday, April 13 as we adjust inventory. Please also note, our manufacturing plants in Mexico are open and operational. 

Our distribution centers remain open. We have several weeks of inventory on hand and have and will continue to ship orders as planned.  

  Warranty Update 
Effective April 1, 2020, there will be a 30-day suspension in parts returns for Residential and Commercial parts with two exceptions (parts need to continue to be returned):

  • Danfoss
  • Carlyle

All other parts should be scrapped by the distributor or dealer during the 30-day suspension pursuant to applicable law. We will not be updating any of the part disposition coding in ServiceBench® so it is critical for this to get communicated to all of our service providers.  

We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate updates as they are available.

  Financial Promotion 
In response to contractor needs for a “no cost” and “easy-to-use” financing program for consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery, Bryant has teamed up with Wells Fargo to offer a special financing offer from April 4 to May 31. READ MORE HERE.
  CARES Act 
The historic Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES) was enacted on March 27, 2020 and creates new programs to help impacted businesses and workers deal with COVID-19 and related shutdowns. New Launch Kit Available
The marketing launch kit contents for the Bryant® EvolutionTM 26 AC & 24 HP are now available on HVACpartners. Materials such as product videos, product FAQs, sales presentations, key messaging talking points, and product photography are available to help you become an expert in our latest technology. Look for the physical versions of these kits to arrive soon.

The online 2021 BFAD Awards scorecard is now live on HVACpartners. Distributors can enter real-time purchase data and any program data not pre-populated by Bryant, allowing Factory Authorized Dealers to track their progress with the scorecard metrics.
