Eligibility: • Open to legal residents of Gallatin County, Montana who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. • Employees of Comfort Systems of Montana, Ferguson, Carrier and their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. • Entry must be received by March 23, 2025 11:59pm MST 2. Prize: • One (1) Carrier Comfort 26SCA4 – 14 SEER2 A/C Unit, including standard installation by Comfort Systems of Montana. Tonnage of unit to be determined by Comfort Systems of Montana based on the winner's home. • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services. 3. How to Enter: • Participants must follow all entry instructions as outlined in the giveaway announcement. • Only one entry per person is allowed. 4. Winner Selection & Notification: • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on March 24, 2025 . • Odds of winning will depend on number of entries received. • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected. 5. Installation & Requirements: • The unit must be installed at a residential property within Gallatin County by Comfort Systems of Montana. • The winner must agree to schedule installation within 60 days of being notified. • Any additional modifications beyond standard installation (such as electrical upgrades, ductwork changes, or permitting) are the responsibility of the homeowner. 6. General Conditions: • By entering, participants agree to allow Comfort Systems of Montana to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. • By entering this contest, I agree to receive communications from Comfort Systems of Montana, including but not limited to, promotions, news, and updates.
